Beach Soccer Fest Checklist:

1)Register your team(s) by the June deadline!

2) Book your hotel

3) Download Waivers & have all parents/players sign them

4) Read & process the Tournament Format & Laws of The Game

5) Bring Team Roster & Signed Waivers to Tournament Check-in

6) Check tournament schedules (On mobile devices rotate screen to landscape to see the schedule tab at the top right.)

Coaches, remember to read and be aware of the Format and Laws of the Game prior to the tournament!

will be available for purchase.

Field Assignments

Field placement varies each year due to beach conditions, including high tides and shifting sand.

Field assignments will be determined during setup on June 26th and may differ from the map example below based on available playable space.

The most up-to-date field locations will be posted at the Express Headquarters Tent throughout the tournament weekend.

Team Payment Information:

Registration Amounts Vary Per Division
Late Fee is required for applications RECEIVED after the deadline.
Only Online Payment OR Cashier's Check/Money Order Accepted (and only after Director Approval)
No Refunds for Accepted Team(s) after the posted date.

Team Awards:

Under 7 Division includes Participation Awards (no advancement rounds).

Under 10 Division includes advancement rounds.

Under 11-Under 14 Division includes advancement rounds.

Under 15 – Under 16 Co-Ed Division includes advancement rounds.

Under 17-Under 19 Co-Ed Division includes advancement rounds.

Adult Co-Ed Division includes advancement rounds.

(1st and 2nd place awards will be provided in the Under 10 and all older age divisions.)
